Curious and artistic are some of the words casually used to describe Dana. She thrives on understanding nature and uses the world as her classroom. Her love for learning meets her passion in the social justice realm and is beautified with art. To know Dana is to know adventure. She has attended 4 colleges resulting in an Associates Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and a Bachelors in Political Science.

This all began...
...in jest originally during the 2020 Covid-19 Pandemic lockdown. At that time many friends and relatives were home, furloughed or laid off, and were exploring creative entrepreneurship ideas. My phone was buzzing with folks asking for advice, skill building resources and project management. My personal email and cloud storage rapidly became overwhelmed and so it was then, that I decided I needed to create an online space dedicated to the small business solutions my community needed, but what would I call it?
Enter Thee Pencil Pusher.
At first it was just a girl in her Bronx apartment, propped up in bed, using her laptop on a bamboo tray to aid friends and family members. Now Thee Pencil Pusher works internationally with small businesses and entrepreneurs across Europe, USA and the Caribbean within a variety of industries.

Headquarters has always been The Bronx, New York but we've recently opened up another office in St. Philip, Barbados. Thee Pencil Pusher's offerings are 90% virtual which means that 10% of the time you can find me on a flight somewhere or working from a different time zone. I enjoy traveling and meeting with my clients in person.
